High Performance Check Valves
Introduction: Custom Made High Performance Check Valve possibilities include:- 700bar pressure; 280°C working temperature; Hasteloy springs; Monel, Stainless Steel, Aluminium or Brass bodies; FKM, EPDM, CR and PTFE seals; low cracking pressures (0.35bar); high flow; flanged ends; threaded or compression fittings; gaseous or liquid media; integrated 50µ filter for gaseous media. Applications include Gas Turbine fuel systems, CNG and Fuel cell vehicles, Ozone water treatment and gas filling plants.

TVR2 High Temperature Check Valve TVR2 High Temperature Check Valve
WEH GmbH has developed an entirely novel check valve suitable for use in an extreme environment that brings the valve into contact with both distillate fuel oil and natural gas containing traces of H2S. This specially designed set of valves is now in full operation after extensive trials. Specified to control the mixture of fuels within precise parameters, the valves are designed to operate in temperatures up to 280°C. Despite having a low cracking pressure they operate consistently in a variety of orientations.
