Environmental gas analysis such as stack testing, continuous emission monitoring (CEM), vehicle emission testing or LEL warning indication, as well as process applications such as combustion efficiency monitoring, boiler trim, ethylene plants or petro-chemistry, are among the many applications where sample gas needs to be extracted from the gas stream.

For a reliable analysis the sample gas must be extracted free of ambient gas leaking into the system and at the same time the dew point of the sample must remain stable.

So the sample gas probe is the important interface between the process and the analysis system. Quality, reliability and low operation cost characterise the Buehler product range, where the modular design allows very cost effective, application specific, configurations.

The GAS 222 series of sample probes provides "down to earth" solutions based on advanced modular designs. Depending on the application, a variety of heated or unheated basis units can be combined with in-situ or downstream filters. The filter material can be chosen from sintered ceramic, sintered stainless steel or even pleated stainless steel. Filters with large surfaces provide extended life. For in-situ filters a highly efficient blowback system is available at reasonable cost.

The ECO series covers a broad range of applications with high dust loads but do not require heating. These probes feature integrated blowback devices and a variety of filter elements with large surface areas.

The APO series provides professional material for simple applications.

Unheated, heated (self-regulating and temperature regulated) and steam-heated variations available.

High thermal insulation.

Filter element exchangeable without tools.

Weather protection housing as option.

With blowback available for high dust content.

Atex versions.
