The type TV17GER is designed as a stop valve for pressurized gases. The valve automatically vents the space between the stop valve and the check valve. No mixed gas can enter the inlet port.

Description
The TV17GER is a manual stop valve which can switch the gas flow OFF or ON, comparable to a two-way ball valve, but with a substantially higher durability. The compact design makes the TV17GER ideal for installation into gas process plants. The valve can be ordered normally closed or normally open. The TV17GER also prevents creeping reverse flow by venting the space between the valve seat and the check valve.
